Ishigaki Villa Musubu Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Scope of Application
Accommodation agreements and matters relating to stays at Ishigaki Villa Musubu (“the Property”) shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions and the Property’s House Rules.
Any matters not provided for herein shall be governed by applicable laws and generally accepted practices.
Article 2 – Reservation Confirmation & Payment
For reservations made directly through the official website, the reservation shall be considered confirmed when the Property accepts the booking request and sends a reservation confirmation.
Accommodation charges shall be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or another payment method specified by the Property at the time of booking.
Reservations made through Rakuten Travel, Airbnb, or other booking platforms shall be subject to the reservation and payment terms of the respective platform.
Article 3 – Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Guests wishing to extend their stay must contact the Property in advance. Extensions may not be available depending on existing reservations or other circumstances.
Article 4 – Cancellations
Cancellations of reservations made directly through the official website are subject to the Property’s separately stated Cancellation Policy.
Reservations made through Rakuten Travel, Airbnb, or other booking platforms are subject to the cancellation policy displayed by the respective platform.
Article 5 – Use of the Property
Guests must comply with the House Rules established by the Property.
In the event of serious violations of the House Rules or behavior that causes significant disturbance to neighboring residents, the Property may refuse or discontinue accommodation or use of the Property.
Article 6 – Damage & Liability
If the Property, its facilities, furniture, appliances, or other items are damaged due to the intentional or negligent actions of a guest, the guest may be required to pay the actual cost of repair or replacement.
The Property shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from accidents, theft, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the Property’s control, except where liability is required by applicable law.
Article 7 – Other Provisions
If the Property is unable to provide accommodation services due to a natural disaster, typhoon, equipment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances, guests will be informed of the appropriate arrangements based on the circumstances.
Any other matters relating to accommodation shall be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the House Rules, and applicable laws.

第1條 適用範圍
Ishigaki Villa Musubu（以下稱「本設施」）之住宿契約及與住宿相關之事項，均依本住宿條款及本設施所訂之使用規則辦理。
At Ishigaki Villa Musubu, we have established the following House Rules to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
1. Accommodation & Use of the Property
The property is intended for accommodation purposes only.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional charges may apply if unregistered guests stay at the property without prior approval.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. If smoking is detected inside the property, guests may be charged the actual cost of cleaning or repairing bedding, curtains, walls, or other affected areas.
Shoes are not permitted indoors. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
Pets, dangerous or illegal items, and items that produce strong or unpleasant odors are not permitted on the property.
2. Consideration for Our Neighbors
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Regardless of the time of day, please refrain from shouting, playing loud music, or engaging in any activity that may disturb neighboring residents.
In the event of a serious violation of these House Rules or behavior that causes significant disturbance to the neighborhood, we may refuse or discontinue your stay or use of the property.
3. BBQ & Terrace Use
When using a BBQ or any other open flame, please take sufficient precautions to prevent fire and make sure the fire is completely extinguished after use.
Please clean up and return any dishes, glasses, tables, chairs, or other items used on the terrace after use.
Guests may be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement for any damage to facilities or equipment caused by improper use or handling of fire.
4. Facilities & Amenities
Kitchen utensils, tableware, appliances, and amenities provided at the property are available for your use.
Please wash any kitchen utensils and tableware after use.
Please handle all furniture, appliances, and other items with care. Removing any property or equipment from the premises is prohibited.
Please use the towels, sheets, and other linens provided at check-in. A washing machine and dryer are available for use during your stay.
5. Leaving the Property & Parking
When leaving the property, please make sure all doors and windows are locked and keep your valuables secure.
Parking is available free of charge during your stay. Please drive carefully within the property.
The property shall not be liable for theft, loss, accidents in the parking area, or similar incidents unless caused by circumstances attributable to the property.
6. Waste Disposal
Please dispose of ordinary household waste according to the instructions provided at the property.
Large or bulky items, including suitcases, strollers, marine equipment, and leisure equipment, must be taken with you when you leave.
If such items are left behind, guests may be charged the actual cost of disposal.
7. Electricity & Water Usage
Electricity and water may be used within the normal scope of your stay.
To help protect the environment, we kindly ask guests to conserve electricity and water.
Excessive use for commercial or business purposes, charging large batteries, or any other use significantly beyond normal accommodation purposes is not permitted.
8. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Ishigaki Villa Musubu operates with self check-in. Check-in instructions will be provided before your stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are generally not available.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us in advance. Extensions may not be available depending on existing reservations or other circumstances.
If you have not checked out by the designated time, we may contact the lead guest and, if necessary, staff may enter the property.
9. Typhoons & Severe Weather
Typhoons and severe weather may cause power outages, communication disruptions, flight cancellations, or other transportation disruptions.
If your flight or travel plans may be affected, please check the latest transportation information and consider adjusting your itinerary as necessary.
If we are unable to provide accommodation services as usual due to a typhoon or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide further information and assistance based on the situation.
10. Guest Responsibility for Damage
If the building, furniture, appliances, facilities, or other property is damaged or lost due to a guest’s intentional act or negligence, the guest may be required to pay the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Ishigaki Villa Musubu Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to reservations made directly through our official website.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel, please contact the property as soon as possible.
If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from any accommodation charges already paid, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
For refunds by bank transfer, the guest is responsible for the transfer fee.
Cancellations due to typhoons or natural disasters
If you cancel or change your trip to Ishigaki Island due to a typhoon or other natural disaster, the property will not charge a cancellation fee, regardless of whether your flight is cancelled.
If you have already paid the accommodation charges, they will be refunded in full.
Reservations made through booking platforms
Reservations made through Rakuten Travel, Airbnb, or other booking platforms are generally subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the respective platform.
However, the property will not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations due to a typhoon or other natural disaster.
If you cancel the reservation yourself through the booking platform, a cancellation fee may be charged under that platform’s cancellation policy.
Therefore, if you wish to cancel due to a typhoon or other natural disaster, please contact Ishigaki Villa Musubu directly before cancelling through the booking platform.

關於取消預訂
如需取消預訂，請盡早與本設施聯絡。
如產生取消費用，將從已支付的住宿費用中扣除，若有餘額則予以退還。
以銀行匯款方式退款時，退款所產生的匯款手續費由旅客負擔。
因颱風或天然災害取消預訂
如因颱風或其他天然災害影響而取消或變更石垣島行程，無論航班是否取消，本設施均不收取取消費用。
如已支付住宿費用，將全額退還。
透過訂房平台預訂
透過樂天旅遊、Airbnb等訂房平台所作的預訂，原則上適用各平台顯示的取消政策。
但如因颱風或其他天然災害影響而取消，本設施不收取取消費用。
若旅客自行在訂房平台辦理取消，可能會依該平台的取消政策產生取消費用。
因此，如需因颱風或其他天然災害影響而取消預訂，請務必在訂房平台辦理取消前，直接與Ishigaki Villa Musubu聯絡。
