キャンセルポリシー
当施設公式サイトからの直接予約をキャンセルされる場合は、 上記のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
キャンセル料が発生する場合、すでにお支払いいただいた宿泊料金から キャンセル料を差し引き、残額がある場合は返金いたします。
銀行振込による返金の場合、返金にかかる振込手数料は お客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
台風・自然災害によるキャンセルについて
台風その他の自然災害の影響により、石垣島への旅行を中止または変更される場合は、 航空便の欠航の有無にかかわらず、当施設ではキャンセル料をいただきません。
すでに宿泊料金をお支払いいただいている場合は、 宿泊料金を全額返金いたします。
楽天トラベル・Airbnb等の予約サイトからのご予約については、 原則として各予約サイトに表示されているキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。 ただし、台風その他の自然災害の影響によるキャンセルについては、 当施設ではキャンセル料をいただきません。
予約サイト上でお客様ご自身でキャンセル手続きを行うと、 各予約サイトのキャンセルポリシーに基づきキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。 そのため、台風その他の自然災害の影響によるキャンセルをご希望の場合は、 予約サイト上でキャンセル手続きを行う前に、 必ずIshigaki Villa Musubuまで直接ご連絡ください。

The following information applies to accommodation reservations at Ishigaki Villa Musubu.
Cancellation Policy
These cancellation fees apply to direct reservations made through the official Ishigaki Villa Musubu website.
If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from any payment already received and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
For refunds by bank transfer, bank transfer fees are borne by the guest.
Typhoons & Natural Disasters
If you cancel or change your trip to Ishigaki Island due to the effects of a typhoon or other natural disaster, the Property will not charge a cancellation fee, regardless of whether your flight has officially been cancelled.
If accommodation charges have already been paid, the accommodation charges will be refunded in full.
Reservations made through Rakuten Travel, Airbnb or another booking platform are generally subject to the cancellation conditions displayed by that platform. However, Ishigaki Villa Musubu does not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations caused by a typhoon or other natural disaster.
Please contact Ishigaki Villa Musubu directly before cancelling through the booking platform, as cancelling directly on the platform may result in a cancellation fee under that platform's rules.

取消政策

若因颱風或其他自然災害影響而取消或變更前往石垣島的行程， 無論航班是否正式取消，本設施皆不收取取消費用。
如已支付住宿費用， 本設施將全額退還住宿費用。
若透過樂天旅遊、Airbnb等預訂平台預訂， 原則上適用各平台所顯示的取消條件。 但因颱風或其他自然災害影響而取消時， Ishigaki Villa Musubu 不收取取消費用。
請務必在預訂平台上辦理取消前， 先直接聯絡 Ishigaki Villa Musubu， 以避免依平台規定產生取消費用。
