ご予約後にお送りする「宿泊者情報入力のお願い（メールまたはSMS）」より、スマートフォンやPCで宿泊者情報と事前決済をお願いいたします。ご到着当日は、送られてくる玄関の鍵番号でスムーズにご入室いただけます。
※玄関の鍵番号は、チェックイン時間（15:00）以降に有効になります。
※鍵番号は、前日の夜に自動配信メールにてお送りします。

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations follow the policies of the travel website (OTA) you used for booking.In case of natural disasters such as typhoons, cancellation fees may not apply.
If a fee is automatically charged by the OTA, please contact us directly before taking further action.
We’ll do our best to assist you in a flexible and fair manner.
Self Check-in Instructions
After booking, you’ll receive a link via email or SMS to complete guest registration and payment online.On your check-in day, you can easily enter the villa using the entrance door code sent to you.
☆ The door code is only valid after 3:00 PM on your check-in date.
☆ The code will be sent automatically via email the night before your arrival.

Important for Rakuten Travel Users
If you booked through Rakuten Travel, please ensure your email address is registered.Without it, we cannot send your door code and check-in instructions.
Be sure to complete the pre-arrival form through the SMS link provided after booking.
Check-out Instructions
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.☆ The entrance door code will automatically expire after 11:00 AM. Re-entry will not be possible.
Please make sure to leave before the code becomes invalid.

预订成功后，我们将通过邮箱或短信发送链接，请您在报到前填写住宿者信息并完成线上支付。到达当天，您可以使用预送的近门门锁密码轻松入住。
＊ 门锁密码将于入住当天 15:00 后生效。
＊ 密码将于报到前一晚通过自动邮件发送。

如果您通过Rakuten Travel预订，请勿忘填写代表者邮箱地址。如未填写，我们将无法发送门锁密码和入住指南，可能无法顺利入住。
请通过预订后发送的短信链接完成入住前信息登记。
退房须知
退房时间为当天11:00前。＊ 门锁密码将于11:00后自动失效，将无法重新进入设施。
请合理定时租屋，以免不便。
