お電話でのご予約の場合、キャンセル料は以下の通りです：
  • 31日前 23:59まで：キャンセル料無料
  • 30日前 00:00から：宿泊料金の10%
  • 14日前 00:00から：宿泊料金の50%
  • 当日 00:00から：宿泊料金の100%
  • 連絡なしキャンセル：宿泊料金の100%
返品・返金について
返金にかかる**振込手数料**はお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
宿泊サービスの特性上、**提供後の返金はお受けできません**。

  • No-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
Return & Refund
Transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.
No refunds are available after service provision due to the nature of the service.
